Crama La Salina
Crama La Salina
Crama La Salina revives the history of the wine-growing area and the stories of the places that surround it, through a large wine tourism project. The winery was born out of the passion of two lovers of noble wines that redone the wine-growing area on the Durgău hills, in the heart of Transylvania.
After decades of inactivity, the Dealurile Durgăului wine area, the terraces and slopes of the estate have been transformed into a fruitful vine, using the latest generation exploitation technology, and receiving the geographical indication "Dealurile Transilvaniei". The 42 hectares plantation and wine cellar are located in the immediate vicinity of Turda Salt Mine. The wines bear the name Issa, as a tribute to the millennial wine traditions formed here since the time of the Roman Empire, when the locality bore the name Potaissa.
The manual work, the careful harvested grapes, the top technology and facilities of the winery are the basis of the production of the highest quality Issa wines: Ice Wine, Sauvignon blanc, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay.
