It starts with the first generation of agave producers in Casa Campo Azul, around the 1960s. They decided to dedicate their lives to growing agave inside Jesus Maria, Jalisco.
Many years later, in 1996, Casa Campo Azul Distillery was inaugurated under the shelter of Productos Finos de Agave. Nowadays, it’s the third generation of the family the one that runs the company and it maintains their own agave sowings guaranteeing the quality of the plant.
